 My grandfather, Lemuel C. Johnson, founded Johnson Plumbing back in 1964. At the time, it was Desoto’s first plumbing company. Today, that same company has grown into Dial One Johnson Plumbing, owned and operated by my mom, Sherrie Johnson-Hartsock, keeping the family tradition going.
The core principals that my grandfather built this company on were excellent customer service and building relationships. As a family, we have kept these principals alive and well, recognizing that excellent customer service is necessary to establish long lasting relationships with our customers and that those long lasting relationships are the lifeblood of our company.
Our family provides 24-hour a day service each and every day. After normal business hours, the phones are forwarded to our cell phones so that your call is answered immediately; if you get the message center, you will hear from us within 15 minutes.
