James
James is our Tradesman Plumber here at Dial One Johnson Plumbing. James started at Dial One as an apprentice in 2008 and since then has developed into a highly skilled technician. James is a hard worker with a great attitude and a can do spirit. James often gets requested by past customers and often has positive review cards sent in. One thing that James’s customers appreciate most about James is how he explains the problem, the options available, and the recommended repair in detail to the customer in a way they understand. James grew up in Cedar Hill and is proud to be your Cedar Hill plumber.
Brad
Brad has worked for Dial One Johnson Plumbing since 2010. Brad first earned his Journeyman’s license in 1998. He is an amazing technician and often receives positive comment cards from our customers. Brad’s top priority is to offer excellence to our customers through superior plumbing and customer service. Brad grew up in Cedar Hill and is proud to be your Cedar Hill plumber. Brad has a wonderful wife, two teenage daughters and one teenage son that he loves very much.
Antonio
Antonio is our excellent Tradesman Plumber in Dallas and began with the company in 2011. Tony is a hardworking technician with highly innovative problem solving skills. Customers can have peace of mind when Tony starts solving an unusual or persistent problem for them. It is important for Tony to take care of his customers with speed and excellence. He knows if he can solve a customer’s problem in the best way possible while saving them time, they are happy customers. Tony delights in cultivating happy, loyal, repeat customers. Tony loves his family and is proud to be your Dallas plumber.
Ron
Ron has worked for Dial One Johnson Plumbing since 2011 and is our Tradesman Plumber in Cedar Hill. Ron serves his customers with compassion and skill, finding a solution to the customer’s plumbing problem that best fits the customers situation. Ron works with heart and a wonderful attitude and is truly a valuable member of the Dial One Johnson Plumbing family. Ron has a wonderful wife and three precious children that he treasures very much. Jordan
Jordan is our newest addition to the Dial One Johnson Plumbing family, working as our Coppell plumber apprentice. Jordan is hard working and eager to learn. Providing much appreciated support to our Dallas plumbers, Jordan fills a necessary role as the apprentice. Jordan comes from an athletic background, playing on a Junior A hockey team for the Western States Hockey League. Jordan is proud to be your Coppell plumber apprentice.
Michelle Johnson
Michelle Johnson is daughter to Sherrie Johnson-Hartsock and granddaughter to Lemuel C. Johnson. Michelle is a graduate from TCU. She has worked for the company on and off her entire life but officially joined the family business in 2008. Michelle is the Sales and Marketing Coordinator and performs most of the public relation functions for the company. Michelle often attends community functions and events in the Dallas area as a representative for the Dial One family. Michelle has brought many innovative ideas to the company and is always working diligently to take the company to the next level. Although Michelle is not your Dallas plumber, she is proud to provide the Dallas area with the best customer service possible.
Daniel Johnson
Daniel Johnson is the son of Sherrie Johnson-Hartsock and the grandson of Lempel C. Johnson. Daniel has been working for the company on and off his entire life but joined the family business full time in 2003. He now operates as one of Dial One Johnson Plumbing’s Journeyman Plumbers. Daniel has grown up with plumbing his entire life and takes great pride in his work. Daniel performs his work in excellence and thoroughly explains the problem and the repair process to the customer, ensuring that our customers get the most out of their plumbing experience. Daniel is married and is proud to be your Cedar Hill plumber.
Steve - The General Manager
Steven Sellar, our General Manager, has been with us since 1990. Steve began his plumbing career in 1981 and became licensed as a master technician in 1996. Steve now operates in the office as the Office Manager, dispatching the technicians and dispensing his zen-like wisdom whenever needed. Steve has a wonderful wife and two strapping sons that he is very proud of. Steven hails from Coppell and is proud to be your Coppell plumber.
Sherrie Johnson-Hartsock – Owner and Operator
Sherrie Johnson-Hartsock is the owner and operator of Dial One Johnson Plumbing. She took over the business in 1985 and has steered the company through many positive transitions throughout the years. Sherrie is always moving forward. As our Master and Commander she fearlessly looks forward to “What’s Next?” for our company. Sherrie is the life force of the company and the family. With a wonderful husband who supports her and the mother of a blended family of 8, Sherrie truly feels blessed by God. Although Sherrie is not your Dallas plumber, she is proud to provide the Dallas metroplex with the best Dallas plumbers possible.
