It was a Saturday and we were having carpet installed in our master bedroom. When the installer went to stretch the carpet, he happened to hit a nail in the baseboard which pierced the copper pipe to our hot water heater. We called DOJH and they came out out to fix the problem. Brian was very courteous and thorough in giving us our options on how to fix the problem. GREAT JOB!!
