Jordan Sellar, son of our Master Coppell plumber Steven Sellar, has been invited to play for the San Antonio Diablos, a hockey team on the Western State Hockey League (WSHL).  Jordan has been playing hockey since he was 10 years old and most recently played for the Coppell Cowboys.  Jordan’s father, Steven, our Coppell plumber, also played hockey briefly in an adults hockey league.  Congratulations, Jordan, and good luck with your first season with the Diablos!!

Preston Sellar, also son to Steve Sellar our Coppel plumber, has been invited to play on the varsity hockey team, the Coppell Cowboys.  Preston is a Junior on the team and  has been playing hockey since he was 9 years old.  Steve is extremely proud of his two sons’ accomplishments.  Congratulations, Preston, on your position on the varsity team!!

By far the prettiest plumber of her time, Lillian Baumbach of Arlington, Washington became an overnight celebrity when she broke through gender lines and became the first woman Master plumber in 1951.  Following in her father’s footsteps, Lillian unclogged her first shower drain when she was only 2 years old.  Since then she has been her father’s shadow, accompanying him on countless plumbing calls.  At the age of 21, Lillian took the master plumber examination and became famous for being the country’s first woman master plumber.  Lillian plied  her trade in Arlington, Washington at her father’s company, the W.J. Baumbach Plumbing Firm.  Lillian said that her career choice was a logical one.  Her father, uncles, and cousins were all plumbers so she grew up learning all about plumbing and helping her father on jobs.  When the news of her unusual career choice hit the media, Lillian became an overnight sensation.  She was a guest on two national television programs and participated in several interviews.  Lillian stated that one of her favorite experiences was her unforgettable interview with Walter Cronkite.   Click the link below to learn more about Lillian Baumbach and to view newspaper articles about her from 1951.

James is the apprentice here at DIAL ONE Johnson Plumbing.  James is a hard worker with a great attitude and a can do spririt.  He is a fast learner and has been a substantial support for the technicians.  From helping the guys in the field to wearing commode costumes in the parade, James is our go-to guy and really brightens our day here at DIAL ONE Johnson Plumbing.

DIAL ONE Johnson Plumbing – Sales and Marketing Coordinator

David is another of our Master Technicians and the newest member of the DIAL ONE family.  David began doing plumbing in 1993 and earned his masters license in 2005.  David is extemely proficient in his trade and able to trouble-shoot  and solve difficult plumbing problems.  We are fortunate to have David as a part of our family.  David has a lovely wife and is the proud papa of 2 young boys.

Jason has worked for DIAL ONE Johnson Plumbing on and off since 1999.  Jason first earned his Journeyman’s  license in 1998.  He is an amazing technician and is often requested by our repeat customers.  Jason is very meticulous in his work and thorough in his explanations to the customer.  Jason has a wonderful wife and two teenage sons that he loves very much and he swears are eating him out of house and home.

Brian Hill is one of our excellent technicians and joined our team in 2008.   He earned his plumbing license in 2006 and is a very knowledgable technician.  Brian has a great attitude and is a charming addition to our DIAL ONE family.  Brian has one son and two daughters whom he is very proud of.

Michelle Johnson is daughter to Sherrie Johnson-Hartsock and granddaughter to Lemuel C. Johnson.  Michelle is a graduate from TCU.  She has worked for the company on and off her entire life but officially joined the family business in 2008.  Michelle is the Sales and Marketing Coordinator and performs most of the public relation functions for the company.  Michelle often attends community functions and events as a representative for the DIAL ONE family.  Michelle has brought many innovative ideas to the company and is always working diligently to take the company to the next level.
