A: Yes
? Can I get an estimate over the phone?
A: We do not give estimates over the phone. In order for us to give our customers an accurate estimate, our technicians need to be able to visually confirm the problem and check for any variables that may affect the pricing. Any number of things may affect the pricing that the customer might not know to look for (ie: is the job up to code, the type of materials being handled, ect.)
? Do you charge by the hour?
A: At DIAL ONE Johnson Plumbing, we offer several pricing structures for the convenience of our customers. For customers that prefer to know exactly what the price of the job will be before the work is started, we offer a flat rate system. We also offer charging by the hour for customers who prefer that option.
