I had a serious problem that 2 other companies had difficulty finding and fixing. I called Johnson-Heritage, and actually was able to talk to a live person, who sent a technician within a couple of hours (on a Friday!)
Jason showed up, and he defined the problem quickly and efficiently without wasting my time.
Once he began the work, professionalism was obviously his priority. Anyone that can keep concrete dust from the rest of my house (while tearing out my kitchen floor) truly knows their stuff – thats Jason.
Then, once the break was repaired, Jason took extremely thorough measures to make sure my problems were solved – and stuck with it until all was perfect. If Johnson-Heritage shows up to make a repair, they do not give up at 5 and walk away – they get the job completed. Period.
Would recommend to anyone I know – even my family.
Finally an honest plumbing company with fair prices. I will use again:)

I just wish I had found them sooner for the Cedar Hill area. It would of saved me alot of wasted time and money.
Excellent company. I felt like the plumber Dalton who serviced my rental property was very honest and professional. Those two traits seem to be hard to find in this industry. If you are looking for a reliable company, then this is it!!!

Called for service when my toilet tank cracked. Delton responded within the time I requested (after lunch so I could work the morning), and he not only fixed the problem, but he also really listened to my questions and was able to advise me on some future work I will need help with. I’m planning to remodel in about 6 months and will look to Dial One for help with the bath fixtures!
Fast response and very customer friendly and courteous. We appreciate their upfront explanation of what they will do and for how much. They don’t waste time in getting the job done and clean up after completion of the job. These are the guys we will call again.
Have had washer drainage problems and Robert with Dial One went to work and he explained everything he did. In the end he found a piece of lead that had gotten into the washer breather pipe. Have had others work on the same issue but he stuck to it and wanted to find the problem as badly as I did. He is truly a good asset for Dial One, they will continue to get any furture business from me. Thanks Dial One
I called on Thursday and they were able to send Delton out on Friday as requested. Delton checked out the problems, gave me an estimate and off he was to get all the needed parts. Once he returned, the work was done in no time! Thanks, Delton, for a job well done! — I think, it’s a great idea to charge by the job and not by the hour.
The professional service received by Delton of Dial One Johnson-Heritage was outstanding. Delton thoroughly explained my plumbing problem with repair completed in 2 hours. I will definitely use Dial-One again and ask for Delton.
I had a major leak in the main service line to my house. Dial One responded to my call the same day! Mike the technician was very courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed of all my options during the process. He waited for my response before beginning any of the work, and did a good job cleaning up when he was through. I will recommend this company from now on.
It was a Saturday and we were having carpet installed in our master bedroom. When the installer went to stretch the carpet, he happened to hit a nail in the baseboard which pierced the copper pipe to our hot water heater. We called DOJH and they came out out to fix the problem. Brian was very courteous and thorough in giving us our options on how to fix the problem. GREAT JOB!!
We were extremely pleased with the service that Don with Johnson gave us. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He performed the work in a timely manner and was very careful to clean up any mess that was made. The professionalism he exhibited was very much appreciated. He answered all of the questions we had and made sure everything was in proper working order before leaving our home. We were very upset and tense before he came, but he put us quickly at ease and went above ad beyond to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We will certainly call Johnson-Heritage for all of our future plumbing needs.
Employee Brian has done plumbing at our house on 3-11-08 and on an occasion before that also. He has always been honest about pricing,procedure and maintenance on plumbing. He has done good work each time he has worked here.

The tech put booties on before he came in the house! It took about four seconds to fix my garbage disposal. Thanks Robert!!

Delton did a great job replacing two old shower heads and faucets. He explained each step as he worked. We’re very happy with the results!
