Flexible Pricing: DIAL ONE Johnson Plumbing knows that our customers like options. That is why we offer different pricing structures for the convenience of our customers: flat rate pricing, contract pricing, and hourly pricing. We try to meet our customers where they are in their pricing needs. Some customers want hourly pricing while others are more comfortable knowing the cost of the job before hand, utilizing our flat rate system. Then for our high volume customers we have contract pricing.
Flexible Hours: DIAL ONE Johnson Plumbing offers 24 hour emergency service but we are also pleased to offer extended regular time hours. We make available our services at regular time from 7am – 7pm so that if you need to pick up the kids or you can’t meet us at your property until after work, overtime will not be charged until after 7:00pm.
Financing: DIAL ONE Johnson Plumbing also offers financing for those emergencies that go a little bit beyond your pocket book. We have all had those unexpected emergencies so we are offering a solution so that you can get your necessary plumbing repairs taken care of immediately, even if you cannot make the full payment up front. We offer up to 3 months same as cash available.
